Combined: patch refresh for rc1, and remove embedded qsqlite library
Development towards Clementine 1.4 is nearing completion, and the changes in the last year require refreshing the Debian patches (in particular, several of them have been incorporated upstream).
At least one major difference since the last git-snapshot is a dramatic reduction unnecessary writes when resizing the window or changing tabs
The first patch in the MR disables the building of the qsqlite package, which Debian now ships with FTS3 enabled. Per my conversation with upstream, this is the only reason that QSQLite is built embedded.
I've tested the QSQLite removal patch---and am in the process of building and testing the complete patch queue.
