Tell the user when generating a revocation certificate

Like #5 (closed) but for Revocation Certificates. GPGME doesn't tell us when it generates one, so I'm not sure we can tell the user about it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
