dekko: Not providing a hicolor icon theme icon

Try to use dekko (apt-get install lomiri-dekko-app) outside of a Lomiri session (i.e. in MATE desktop or other).

For dekko to show up with an icon in the application menu we need to ship the dekko icon also in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/.
