xdg-desktop-portal support

as per https://github.com/canonical/mir/issues/3589#issuecomment-3101066431 it seem it is now possible to share the screen via mir through xdg-desktop-portal-wlr

Perhaps lomiri could utilize xdg-desktop-portal-wlr to utilize portals for snaps and flatpaks
