Fix some issues reported by lintian

• Trim trailing whitespace. (trailing-whitespace)
• Fix day-of-week for changelog entries 0.1.0beta4-3, 0.1.0beta4-2, 0.1.0beta4-1. (debian-changelog-has-wrong-day-of-week)
• Update standards version to 4.6.1, no changes needed. (out-of-date-standards-version)
• Remove fields on binary packages that duplicate source. (installable-field-mirrors-source)
