Please add support for debian/watch as deb822 file

The fields are still being reworked frequently, so very basic support might be better at this point. What I need is a file type that I can hook a language server on top.

Note: Ideally the deb822 syntax is conditional on seeing Version: 5 as prior versions would use a different format.
