Fix my e-mail address

Hey guys,

I decided to simplify my email usage within Debian a bit.

I'm submitting this as a PR mainly to check with @capriott to make sure changing the changelog Uploaders: in this way won't cause problems on the next upload before pushing this into the debian/sid branch.
