Hi, this will close a set of bugs (FTBFS, Fuse3) and make the newest 11.3.5 ready. I think it will be useful to have this in place before we think about 12.0.0 (as it brings more big changes).
This is the packaging change to get this upgrade in experimental.
I have already pushed the pristine-tar and upstream branches and the upstream tag.
@bzed I continue to follow your "just do it in experimental" guidance from the past, and if you are unavailable will upload this in a few days. But I'd appreciate a review and also some coordination when we should bump the version in unstable.
