ignore PGP/MIME signatures, see #47

Antoine Beaupré requested to merge anarcat/webwml:parse-dla-pgp-fix into master

In !47 (closed), @larjona correctly identified stray OpenPGP signatures that crept up in the web pages. This patch simply drops the remaining of the message when such a signature is imported.
