distrib: expand cloud image section

Ross Vandegrift requested to merge rvandegrift/webwml:update-cloud-distrib into master

This expands the section on cloud images with other platforms where the cloud team provides official images.

When testing locally, this causes a large whitespace gap in the left-hand column. I'm not very good with HTML, so I'm not sure why - I'm hoping someone from the webmaster-team can see the issue.
