Update of the social_contract.wml; edited this based on an informal update from the HTML page.

Luc Castermans requested to merge luckyluc-guest/webwml:patch-1 into master

The request was made to improve the style of the Dutch translation of the Social Contract. This update serves this goal. At the same time it serves as my first usage of this Debian tool flow. So please be kind as this is my "Hello World!" experience.
