Merchandise update

Alban Vidal requested to merge zordhak/webwml:merchandise-update-2020 into master

Regarding the Debian merchandise page and Bug #833661,

This merge request update this content:

  • Adding languages available on websites,
  • Adding informations about original country,
  • Adding informations about deliveries,
  • Updating informations needed to add new vendor,
  • Sorting vendors by name,
  • Deleting disabled vendors, history can be found through Git.

Can be merger after some review by Webmaster team
