Make redirect translatable

I might have succeeded in making the redirect translatable (See #925410) - but I am not confident enough in these parts of the website to simply push the change without other eyes on it.

Please test it out - in addition to the changes here, you'll of course need to update the template pot for English and the template po's for the language you are testing - in my tests with Swedish it looks like this is enough. (It adds a string for the page title in addition to the actual message in the page).
