quirks: fix the product ID for the MS Nano Transceiver

Was 0x800 in the hwdb, became 0x8000 in th quirks transition because of
inflation, but let's pretend the economy is back to normal and devalue our
currency. (aka: "it was a typo", whoops and whatnot)
