phosh-phone: Suggest phosh-antispam

I noticed we don't mention vvmplayer and phosh-antispam in phosh's metapackage although both are very useful (and often required) for phone usage in the U.S.

I'm on the fence here if we should even make these Recommends: so they get pulled in by default?
