Fix link in the tutorial

Currently if I navigate here https://mobian.debian.net/ I see this script

wget http://mobile.debian.net/mi/install_mobian.sh

The link works, but there is no SSL. If I add httpS to the link I get an SSL error saying that the certificate is only valid for mobian.debian.net. So I suppose that the link should say https://mobian.debian.net/mi/install_mobian.sh instead.
