Add Plasma Mobile support

This MR adds initial support for Plasma Mobile, currently build tested for Librem5 and PinePhone Pro. Run tested on PinePhone Pro. Support for other devices can be added with minor tweaks.

On my PinePhone Pro things mostly work out of the box (call/mobile modem/wifi...) but more testing (especially with other devices) is always welcome.

To build for PinePhone Pro: sudo bash -x ./build.sh -t pinephonepro -e plasma-mobile
