Update wakeup time patch

Let's make sure timers that didn't ever fire get actually removed. This should fix the situations where the phone wakes up / unblanks but nothing else happens due to some non-disposed timers. As vala makes that a bit tricky to get right I'll mark as draft for now but putting it out here so it's easier to test for in case someone wants to try it.
