New upstream release (0.9.3)

Made some changes:

  • imported new upstream release 0.9.3
  • updated build-dep versions:
    • hyprwayland-scanner to 0.4.5 to resolve some errors with empty arrays
    • hyprutils to 0.8.0 (matching CMakeLists.txt)
  • rename binary package for soname bump (libaquamarine7 -> libaquamarine8)

This requires hyprutils!3 to be merged and uploaded first.
