No version in Debian (or Ubuntu, I think) is using an excluded version.

The fix for #967911, commit e1cdd7d0 ("aptitude-changelog-parser:
Quiesce Dpkg::Changelog parse warnings") has been sitting in the
master branch for nearly three years, yet this bug still annoys people
to this day.

As noted by Vincent Lefevre, the comment "But we cannot currently
change that verbose default when using changelog_parse() from
Dpkg::Changelog::Parse" from the commit message is no longer
correct, because changing the verbose default was duly implemented in
libdpkg-perl at the time.

This reverts commit 3f090f03.

This nothing we want to have in Bullseye. The reverting will be
reverted (or the original patch cherry-picked) again after Bullseye.

No other changes were required.

This library has been used as base and then co-developed with the
standardisation process of std::format of the C++20 standard, approved a few
months ago.

So by converting code using Boost::Format and others like snprintf(), the code
will be ready to pivot to std::format when it becomes available in the default
Debian toolchain.

This reverts commit c4401286.

Actually these files are only UTF-8 in the master branch, not yet in
the debian-sid branch, so that warning was a true positive, despite
already having been fixed.

* Add lintian overrides for tons of overzealous
  package-contains-documentation-outside-usr-share-doc tags arguing
  about data files for aptitude's inline help.

* Drop package-contains-broken-symlink lintian override, seems obsolete.

This reverts commit cb36bb3b.

The UMEYAGA specification does not allow branches to be specified.
That way, this commit just added a less informative copy of the
Vcs-Headers.

In addition, there was and still is an explicit override for
"upstream-metadata-file-is-missing" due to this. But @janitor-bot
ignored this override when submitting the MR.

It seems as if gitlab can only copy with a single CI configuration
path per repository, not per branch.

Since the master and the debian-sid branch need different Gitlab CI
configurations and the debian-sid branch must not overwrite files from
the master branch, this is difficult to reach. The only albeit
suboptimal solution would be to add a debian/gitlab-ci.yml file to the
master branch even though it has no debian directory (yet) as the
upstream debian directory is always ignored upon orig.tar import.

So for now, we only have CI in the debian-sid branch.

* Drop fix-ftbfs-with-po4a-0.58.patch and hence also
  debian/patches/series.

* Build-depend on po4a versions not affected by #960892, i.e. before
  0.58 or after 0.59.1.

aptitude-*-state-bundle are debugging tools and do nothing but capture
(or use via libapt and dpkg) the state of the dpkg database whatever
it looks like.
