Fix and update Russian translation

Mikhail Ivanovich Sukhichev requested to merge sukhichev/aptitude:russian into debian-sid

I completed the Russian translation. Also I changed the post install script, but did not add anything to the changelog. So now this package is not being built. I hope you fix the changelog in your mind for the successful package building.
