Import 1.4.2

technomancy-guest/fennel2:debian/update-142 into debian/latest

This should bring us up to date with the latest upstream release.

The only non-upstream changes I've made were:

  • mention in debian/README.debian that updating the changelog is part of the process of importing a new upstream release.
  • update debian/changelog to mention 1.4.2.

For the latter I replaced the existing changelog entry since the 1.4.0-1 release never actually happened; I think that's probably the right thing to do?
