Test lxc on Gitlab-CI

  • d/README.source: Don't recommend manual setup for lxc networking

    lxc (>= 1:4.0.2-1) sets up a suitable network bridge automatically, so we don't have to do this.

  • d/tests: Add automated test for the lxc backend

    This can be run under autopkgtest-virt-qemu, and in some configurations of Docker (notably Gitlab-CI on Salsa, if we use the right image). It cannot currently be run successfully under the most obvious lxc configuration.
