d/control: add `genisoimage` as suggested package

Florent 'Skia' Jacquet requested to merge skia/autopkgtest:skia/genisoimage_dep into master

genisoimage is used in autopkgtest-buildvm-ubuntu-cloud, and even checked there for its presence with a graceful exit and error message.

Adding it to the suggested package thus makes some sense.
