Incus (a LXD fork) isn't yet packaged in Debian, but likely will be soon. In the meantime, this allows people who've installed it manually to use autopkgtest with it.

autopkgtest-{build,virt}-incus are based on autopkgtest-{build,virt}-lxd, with simple substitutions.
