d/t/unshare: make test runnable on Ubuntu

unshare testsuite for now is unable to run on Ubuntu because the chroot cannot be created. This patch addresses that.

Another issue prevents tests from succeeding on Ubuntu, but this first patch at least is the first step to run them.
