Draft: master: add node for altra

It's not a worker, but it's nice to be able to login this way. Additionally it fixes the apache2 configuration hardcoding.

@terceiro I'm not sure if this needs more info. E.g. the first time ca certificates were issues, and also I guess this host would do $something during $(rake converge). Can you advise?
