Debian/main

this MR applies several packaging fixes and updates based on previous reviews and bug reports.

The main changes are:

debian/rules: Clean up leftover .lein build artifacts to fix an intermittent FTBFS (Failure To Build From Source). (just like in the comments) debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2. (needed some changes to copyright) debian/copyright: Update upstream copyright year and add recent packaging contributors. debian/patches: Review and update metadata for existing patches.
