Add Trixie builds
Adds the config needed to create a Debian Trixie (13) box. Tested manually with the virtualbox provider. I also took the liberty to add it to the .gitlab-ci.yml.generator and regenerate .gitlab-ci.yml but I'm unsure how to test it.
