The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Prefer Debian default version of Python
This MR moves the current standard Python version to the top of the list, ensuring that it is found by default (at least as long as Python_FIND_STRATEGY to LOCATION, or equivalently, CMP0094 is set to NEW).
