Add information about removing obsolete packages before crossgrading

When I started crossgrading quite old system that have lived through a lot of dist-upgrades, I found out that crossgrade does not handle well situation with obsolete packages left from old releases. Normally these packages can be removed without harm, so I suggest to add it to the instruction.
