This URL no longer exists: https://www.debian.org/distrib/ftplist

Replacing it with this URL: https://www.debian.org/mirror/list

The documentation still makes sense: it is still possible to get a list of available packages from any of the listed mirrors and navigating to indices/Maintainers.
