Removed references to outdated packages and information

Harry Van Ness requested to merge hvanness/debian-faq:remove_outdated_package_info into main
  • Removed '5.10. Where is ezmlm/djbdns/qmail?' section about Dan J. Bernstein's license changes from 2016.
  • Removed '5.11. Where is a player for Flash (SWF)?' which includes a reference to unavailable gnash package.
  • Removed '5.12. Where is Google Earth?' which includes a reference to unavailable googleearth-package.
  • Removed '5.13. Where is VoIP software?' which includes a reference to unavailable ekiga package.

Worth noting that these are not frequently asked questions any more (except maybe 'Where is VoIP software'). Also, this FAQ is included in the Debian installer images so it should be concise. If people want more information they should be directed to the wiki. Happy to discuss the changes and take on feedback.
