I have tried to write something about the various changes in rsyslog (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1023596 )

I'm afraid i could neither locate the documentation for the syntax nor work out how to compile into html

(nb: logcheck has been updated, but local rules are still affected)
