Update Russian translation

Mikhail Ivanovich Sukhichev requested to merge sukhichev/release-notes:russian into master

I completed Russian translation for release notes. But I see it is ones for "bookworm" not for "trixie". So I hope you will merge it to a correct branch because I do not know how to make it correct.
