Reintroduce neutrality into translation to Russian

Hi,

This merge request fixes neutrality issues in translation to Russian introduced by previous translator. It mostly reverts some of the changes made by said translator.

  • Removes subjective opinions and advices about choosing certain software shipped in Debian.
  • Removes links to external resources not present in the original document (like forum posts).
  • Removes insults towards upstream developers of software shipped in Debian.

These issues were brought up in the respective mailing list but no action was made in almost 2 months.

Given that diff is quite large due to using different PO editing software, here's what actually was changed (made using podiff): issues.po.diff upgrading.po.diff

Please note that these changes will also need to be cherry-picked into the bookworm branch.
