Improve and fix AppArmor section

Jonas Meurer requested to merge mejo/release-notes:apparmor_fixes into master

AppArmor in Debian doesn't support network and unix socket rules yet, so the section was wrong before. Thanks to Christian Boltz and intrigeri for the corrections. See #924450.
