Remove suggestion to check the date which is only present on the cover of the PDF Release Notes (not TXT or HTML versions).

Reviewing past versions of Release Notes, this text has been present since at least Debian 6 'squeeze'. Unfortunately, there is only a date present on the cover page of the PDF version. Worse, the release notes web page has no date that users may compare against.

This patch contains the "easy fix" of removing the possibly missing date reference.

If there is interest, an alternate approach might be to:

  • add a cover page (or section) with date to the HTML and TXT output formats
    • (or maybe include the date in the table of contents)
  • configure the Release Notes web page to list the latest version(s) date
