link to CfP from the home page

Currently if I want to get to the CfP from https://debconf18.debconf.org/ I need to click on the news item which gets me to https://debconf18.debconf.org/news/2018-02-07-cfp/ which then has a link to https://debconf18.debconf.org/cfp/ That seems like one step too many. (I'm ignoring the "Call for Proposals" link in the footer because 1) it's in the footer, 2) tiny font-size, so I doubt anyone will find it there.)
