bits needed to build the Speaker Test Station.

I hacked together a speaker test station. I started with a laptop with Gnome, installed voctomix/-outcasts, wrote a little script to run core,gui,ingest so that it looks like a production voctomix machine. I futzed with core.ini to set res to 720p, not sure if that is needed, or what the right way to do this is, so I didn't check in that file. and gui.ini to try to fix a cosmetic problem with voctogui. I didn't fix it, so no files checked in here either.

ingest /dev/video2 is hardcoded. shrug.
