Feature/opsis modeoptional poke-at-opsis options and add support for setting opsis video_mode

I need to set the opsis to video_mode 9. building fgpa stuff from is daunting, so adding a send "vidoe_mode 9" to poke-at-opsis seemed like the way to go. I'm not sure these playbooks are used for the new grabbers, so I made it all optional, seemed like the right thing to do.

I also added support for enabling the sequence of test pattern stuff which was supported in the shell script via a command line parameter, but there was nothing to generate that parameter.
