New test station role.

Voctomix core, gui and some ingests to display what a grabber is grabbing.

It is copies of the existing Voctomix roles with defaults constructed to create make something that looks like a production Voctomix (sadly version 1, but upgrading to v2 should be trivial.)

I copied and removed quite a bit from the original roles, which makes me think this might be a good starting point for refactoring the original/new Voctomix roles: start with less, add additional features like cameras, saving to disk, streaming, etc. or continue to maintain the current roles as they are, this does not depend on them.
