Update team name on dpo-init-po.awk file

Hi,

Can u check this MR? I updated the dpo-init-po.awk file with the new team name for poedit set the "Language-Team" in just one line (<= 80 chars).

Also, I updated the manual date cause I saw on the commits history and has a lot of updates on manual file about date, but I can remove it necessary,
