Sort members alphabetically, correct typo in best wishes to new candidate

The custom is to list TC members alphabetically by surname (other than putting the chair first), so do that.

Also, the wishes at the end should be to David (not Paul, who was the previous appointtee), and I think "their" is better than "the".
