Fix Brazilian Portuguese name

Rafael requested to merge rafaelff-guest/debian-edu-doc:fix-pt-br-name into master

Basically: Brasilian -> Brazilian

I wasn't sure if only changelog and debian-edu-bookworm-manual-stripped.xml should be edited, or 'debian-edu-bookworm-manual.xml' and 'AllInOne-debian-edu-bookworm-manual.xml' too. I also excluded the PO files and the POT file.
