Disable OpenEXR support on Ubuntu

The OpenEXR format (.exr) isn't very useful on GNOME-ish desktops without a gdk-pixbuf loader. This provides a gdk-pixbuf loader but it isn't packaged in Debian yet: https://github.com/afichet/openexr-thumbnailer
