Update 0004 patch to fix duplicate entries for digraphic languages

Dmitry Shachnev requested to merge mitya57/7zip:digraphic-languages into master
  • In Serbian language, both Cyrillic and Latin alphabets are used today. For Latin there is sr_RS@latin locale in Debian, and sr_RS means Cyrillic.

  • Uzbek language has almost completed transition to Latin alphabet in the recent years, and it is the default script now. However, Debian has uz_UZ@cyrillic locale for those who want to keep using Cyrillic alphabet.

  • Azerbaijani language (in the Republic of Azerbaijan) switched to Latin earlier, in 1990s. There is no az_AZ@cyrillic locale (anymore?), but I added it here for consistency with Uzbek. Note: Azerbaijani language in Iran uses Perso-Arabic alphabet, but that is a different locale, az_IR.

I noticed this problem when looking at @unxed’s patch, and this change was coordinated with him.
