final 3.122 changeset

This is the hopefully final changeset for the 3.122 release.

The resulting package has a meaningful changelog and NEWS.Debian file, is lintian clean and autopkgtests pass.

Sadly, we don't have working salsa CI at the moment. See my message to adduser@p.d.o regarding my availability in the next days.
