Disable dep8 tests on s390x (big-endian)

Sergio Durigan Junior requested to merge sergiodj/barectf:dont-run-dep8-s390x into debian/sid

According to upstream's README file, one of the requirements to run barectf's tests is to use a little-endian architecture. For that reason, dep8 tests have been failing on s390x (the only big-endian architecture available on debci). This MR fixes the problem.
