Make enum fix used at i386, armhf and armel.

Bernhard Übelacker requested to merge bernhardu-guest/boost:fix-enum into master

The added test in 7f367ea0 showed the same crash for armhf and armel.

Therefore this merge request just enables the same dummy bytes also for these two additional 32-bit platforms.

Could you please test this patch on real hardware for armhf and/or armel before merging, because my hardware is kind of limited for such a huge package?
